GoVehicle.com does not sell vehicles directly and is never a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. Information about a particular vehicle is supplied by the seller, not by GoVehicle.com. The price and other terms of any sale remain subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and the seller. As a result, GoVehicle.com does not (a) guarantee or ensure any vehicle or any transaction between a buyer and seller, (b) collect or process payment or transfer of title on behalf of buyers or sellers, or (c) warehouse, store, ship or deliver any vehicles. Though we hope that all who come to GoVehicle.com will act honorably and treat each other fairly, we can't verify the information sellers supply or guarantee the vehicles they offer. Nor can we assure the seller of a vehicle that the check he/she gets from the buyer isn't going to bounce. When using this website to find a buyer for your vehicle or a vehicle you can buy, we urge you to use the same common sense and good judgment you would use in selling a car, Motorcycle and RV through, or responding to.

Although GoVehicle.com cannot monitor all the listings and content posted to our website, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, condense or edit any ads, ratings, reviews, content or other postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. We retain the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated these terms or any other term of this agreement. We will not, in the ordinary course of business, review the content of private electronic messages that are not addressed to GoVehicle.com. GoVehicle.com collects personal data information only when you make it available through your use of the Site. You may be required to provide personal data information to use certain services on this Site, including, but not limited to, the "Email the Dealer/Seller" feature and to purchase and create a "Sell Your Vehicle" online classified listing. In addition, you may submit personal data information through the Site in other ways, including: (a) participating in online surveys, promotions, contests and sweepstakes; (b) subscribing to newsletters, editorial content, or promotional content sent via email, (c) using the Site's "Feedback" and "More Information" forms; and (d) in connection with other products, services, features, or requests made available through the Site. We also publish toll-free phone numbers for many of the dealerships that list vehicles for sale on the Site. If you dial one of these phone numbers, GoVehicle.com or a service provider operating on Govehicle.com behalf may record the date, time and length of your call and the phone number from which the call originated, along with other information that may be captured. Any Data information and/or collection of personal data information resulting from such calls may be used as described in this Statement. The types of personal data information that you provide will depend on the nature of the submission, but could include your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card information. However, you agree that GoVehicle.com may send to you, and you cannot opt out of, communications of a transactional or relationship nature, including, but not limited to, communications regarding fraudulent or illegal activity, the status of your �Sell Your Vehicle� Account, changes to this Statement or the GoVehicle.com Terms of Service, as well as communications to confirm, fulfill and follow up on your SYV Account registration or a request submitted through the Site.

Please note that many of the services you can obtain through the Website are in fact provided by third-party service providers. For example, insurance quotes, auto financing, and credit report services are all provided by other companies not affiliated with GoVehicle.com. If you click on a link to obtain one of these services (or other services provided by third parties not expressly mentioned) you will be directed to a co-branded version of their website and the information provided by you to obtain the service will be collected directly by the service provider, not by GoVehicle.com . Such information will be subject to the collecting website�s privacy policy and practices.

 

We may collect data information about your visit to the Website, including what pages you view, the number of bytes transferred, the links you click, the materials you access, and other actions taken within the Website.  We may also collect certain standard information that your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your Internet Protocol address, your browser type and capabilities and language, your operating system, the date and time you access the Website, and the website from which you linked to our Website.   • We may use your Personal Information in order to provide information and services that you request such as vehicle pricing, insurance and financing quotes and information, responding to your questions and sending emails to our email list subscribers. In addition, we may use your Personal Information to ensure compliance with GoVehicle.com policies and applicable law. In order to offer you a more consistent experience in your interactions with GoVehicle.com, information collected via the Website may be combined with information we collect by other means.

  • To follow up on any request that you have previously made (e.g., GoVehicle.com may contact you to determine whether the dealer and/or manufacturer responded to your original request).

  • To communicate with you regarding the GoVehicle.com service (e.g., GoVehicle.com may send you emails or call you to confirm a price quote request or to notify you that you have received a lead regarding a vehicle you have advertised or to request that you participate in a survey).

  • To send promotional materials, newsletters or other content via email or otherwise, but only if you have indicated that you wish to receive such materials (e.g., Govehicle.com will send you auto, Motorcycle and RV show newsletters and information regarding how to sell your car, Motorcycle and RV on GoVehicle.com if you have indicated that you wish to receive such newsletters and information). If you no longer wish to receive a particular email newsletter or other promotion from GoVehicle.com, you must follow the opt-out instructions included in such email newsletters and promotions.

  • To permit third parties (to whom GoVehicle.com may disclose personally identifiable information specifically for direct marketing purposes) to send you promotional or informational messages, but only if you have first affirmatively agreed to receive such messages. To improve your user experience.

  • To manage GoVehicle.com business and its relationships with Affiliates, customers, and other third parties to which GoVehicle.com may disclose personally identifiable information pursuant to this Statement.

SELL YOUR VEHICLE (�TERM OF SERVICE�)

This site listing and information service that brings together buyers and sellers. Information about a particular vehicle is supplied by the seller, not by GoVehicle.com. The price and other terms of any sale remain subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and the seller. By listing your vehicle for sale through the Site's "Sell Your Vehicle" service and you acknowledge and agree to all Sell Your Vehicle Terms and Conditions, which are available here: Upon selling or otherwise taking your vehicle off the market, you will within 48 hours delete the listing for that vehicle. You will not use your Sell Your Vehicle listing to advertise or promote anything (including, without limitation, any product, service or business) other than one unique vehicle offered for sale.

When you offer a vehicle for sale through GoVehicle.com, you must be prepared to sell that vehicle at the price at which, and the terms on which, you've listed it. You must have possession of the actual vehicle listed and the ability to transfer title. To list a vehicle for sale on GoVehicle.com, sellers are required to provide certain identifying and contact information. Photos provided for the Sell Your Vehicle listing will only show the vehicle listed for sale and may not include under any circumstances people, animals, or other objects not part of the vehicle . The information must accurately identify the seller and the method of contact must permit buyers to communicate directly with the seller. You may not charge any potential buyer for information about any vehicle listed for sale on GoVehicle.com, nor may you use our website to promote, without our prior written permission, any other website, product or service. Sell Your Vehicle advertisement is available only to private sellers who want to list their vehicles for sale.

Sell Your Vehicle advertisement is not to be used to advertise more than one vehicle per advertisement purchased, regardless of advertisement duration. For this reason, you cannot edit your vehicle's Year, Make, Model or VIN once you've purchased your advertisement. Always double-check this information before submitting your advertisement.

Individuals who seek to list more than five vehicles on the GoVehicle.com website simultaneously, and all dealers, must make other arrangements with us. To find out more about listing and advertising opportunities on GoVehicle.com, visit our Home Page or email us at contactus@govehicle.com . By using our Sell Your Vehicle advertisement, you represent that you are not a motor vehicle dealer, that you are not listing a vehicle for sale in your capacity as an owner, employee or representative of a dealer, and that neither you, nor anyone acting on your behalf will list more than five vehicles for sale simultaneously.  GoVehicle.com reserves the right to deny use of this website to anyone who does not comply with these requirements or who otherwise uses our website in a manner we consider inappropriate. For information about the advertisement packages available to private sellers in your area, click the "Sell Your Vehicle" tab or button on our home page.

Responsibility for the information contained in each listing lies with each seller. You alone are responsible for material you post and for the content of all email messages transmitted through GoVehicle.com. Though we can't monitor every transaction that originates through a listing on GoVehicle.com, we may perform random quality assurance tests to confirm that those who offer vehicles for sale over GoVehicle.com are prepared to sell the vehicles they advertise at the prices at which, and the terms on which, they advertise them.

By placing an ad through our Sell Your Vehicle service, you agree to pay the fees specified for the package you select, regardless of whether your vehicle sells as a result of the listing. Take care in selecting your ad package and inputting your ad information; listing fees are generally not refundable, even if you provide erroneous information or fail to sell your vehicle. Nothing will undermine a user's confidence in the vehicle you're looking to sell faster than inaccurate statements or GoVehicle.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any Sell Your Vehicle listing or photo, without notice and without liability or providing a refund, that does not meet the requirements of these Sell Your Vehicle Terms & Conditions, GoVehicle.com otherwise determines or believes, in GoVehicle.com sole and exclusive discretion, that your listing or any photo or other content you upload is inappropriate for any legal, business, technical or other reason.

At this time, Sell Your Vehicle listings can only be created for the vehicles and models specifically identified in the Sell Your Vehicle drop-down menus. You are solely responsible for the information, content, and photos contained within your Sell Your Vehicle listings. Sell Your Vehicle Listings only contain the features expressly indicated. Our used car listings include vehicles that have been "certified" as meeting certain standards established by manufacturers and/or dealers in connection with their pre-owned vehicle programs. The decision to certify any particular vehicle is made by the certifying manufacturer or dealer, and the vehicle information included in Govehicle.com certified vehicle listing is provided by the listing dealer. Neither Govehicle.com nor the manufacturer is responsible for the accuracy of any information contained in a certified vehicle listing and only the manufacturer or dealer that certifies a vehicle is responsible for the decision to certify that vehicle. GOVEHICLE.COM DOES NOT MAKE AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES TO YOU REGARDING THE SELL YOUR VEHICLE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT YOU WILL SELL YOUR VEHICLE, OBTAIN AN ACCEPTABLE PRICE FOR YOUR VEHICLE, ONLY RECEIVE LEGITIMATE INQUIRIES OR SOLICITATIONS FROM QUALIFIED BUYERS, OR RECEIVE ANY INQUIRIES REGARDING YOUR VEHICLE FOR SALE.


SELL YOUR VEHICLE STANDARD REFUND POLICY

The listing must have been purchased by an Individual Seller and not a Dealer, as defined above in the Sell Your Vehicle. The listing must satisfy all provisions of the Sell Your Vehicle Terms and Conditions. GoVehicle.com does not provide refunds for Sell Your Vehicle listings more than 24 hours after a listing is purchased, for any reason.

GoVehicle.com therefore cannot generally offer refunds on listing fees, but adheres to the following policy with respect to requests for refunds of listing fees:


  • If it took longer than 72 hrs for your listing to be posted on the GoVehicle.com site, we will correct any mistakes we have made in the Advertisement, but cannot offer a refund.


  • If you made mistakes in submitting an advertisement directly with GoVehicle.com, we will make corrections to the Advertisement. There will be no charge for these corrections, unless you wish to order additional enhancements, in which cases there may be an additional charge. If you wish to change to a less expensive Advertisement, however, GoVehicle.com cannot provide any refund. Please note, however, that if your Advertisement on GoVehicle.com was purchased through some other listing service (such as an affiliates or third-party ), we do not have the authority to make any changes to your advertisement.



  • If you mistakenly purchased a duplicate listing for the same vehicle and appear on the GoVehicle.com site at the time of your request and seek to cancel, and obtain a refund on, the duplicate(s) only. We cannot, however, provide a refund on the original Advertisement. If you listed your vehicle through any other source (such as an affiliate or third-party) and obtained an Advertisement on GoVehicle.com through that source, that Advertisement on GoVehicle.com is not a "duplicate" of any paid GoVehicle.com Advertisement that you may also have ordered, and you are not entitled to cancel and obtain a refund on the paid GoVehicle.com Advertisement.


  • We cannot provide a refund if you change your mind about the Advertisement, or its content or enhancements, or if you have made mistakes in submitting the Advertisement, or if you have not received any inquiries or offers to purchase the vehicle through GoVehicle.com, or if the vehicle has already been sold through other means. We also cannot provide a refund if GoVehicle.com has made mistakes in the content or enhancements of the Advertisement. In any case where Govehicle.com has made such mistakes, we will of course make appropriate corrections to the Advertisement.

GoVehicle.com is not responsible for any refund requests that are not timely received in accordance with this policy for any reason, including without limitation, Web congestion, addressing mistakes, computer or Internet downtime, or requests submitted by phone, postal mail, or any other manner not expressly provided for in this policy.


TERMINATION

You understand and agree that in GoVehicle.com's sole discretion, and without prior notice, your access to this Site may be terminated or suspended, and GoVehicle.com may exercise any other remedy available and remove any contents, if GoVehicle.com believes that your use of the Site and/or any contents you provide , (a) breaches or violations of the Term Of Service or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) the rights of GoVehicle.com, any Affiliate or Licensor, or another User of the Site, or (c) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (d) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities, and/or (e) nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with Govehicle.com. Further, you agree that all terminations, limitations of access and suspensions for cause shall be made in GoVehicle.com sole discretion and that GoVehicle.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the GoVehicle.com. Termination of your GoVehicle.com account includes any all of the following:(a) removal access to all or part of the offerings within Govehicle.com, (b) deletion of your password and all related information, files and content associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof), and (c) barring of further use of all or part of GoVehicle.com.

GOVEHICLE.COM OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES DO NOT ACCEPT OR CONSIDER UNSOLICITED IDEAS, INCLUDING IDEAS FOR NEW ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS, NEW PROMOTIONS, NEW PRODUCTS OR TECHNOLOGIES, PROCESSES, MATERIALS, MARKETING PLANS OR NEW PRODUCT NAMES. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY ORIGINAL CREATIVE ARTWORK, SAMPLES, DEMOS, OR OTHER WORKS.
